We have been licensed California Realtors® for more than a decade and have been full time Realtors® all of that time. We are award winning Realtors®.
Prior to becoming licensed in Real Estate, DelAnn had a successful career working in negotiating contracts and procurement and retired from SANDAG (San Diego Association of Governments) in 2004. She has a Master’s degree in business and has had her own business.
Prior to becoming licensed in Real Estate, Rich (Richard) had a successful career working for the California State Contractor’s License Board (CSLB) and retired in 2004 as the Enforcement Supervisor for SWIFT (Statewide Investigative Fraud Team) for all of Southern California. He had a successful business as a licensed contractor starting in 1975 then joined the CSLB. He has dealt with various defects in homes and their construction.
Rich and DelAnn have extensive backgrounds dealing with real estate contracts and negotiations, businesses, people, complaints, and solutions. They bring more to the table than your average real estate salesperson; they bring value to their clients.
