During the early 1970’s, a wonderful Planned Unit Development was started and completed by 1976 in northeast San Clemente. Approximately 268 homes were constructed with beautiful ocean views.

Access to the Interstate 5 going towards San Diego and Los Angeles is less than one half mile to the west off Camino de los Mares.

The bus stops at the foot of Ocean Hills and transfers to the Amtrak and Metrolink stations for San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano.
